Please, I really need this
Something good to remember when trying to lose weight is having realistic goals. For example, I can’t decide to lose 40 lbs in a week and manage to do so, because it’s impossible.
That’s why I’ve set a personal goal; I have until valentine’s day to lose at least five kgs.
If I can pull it off and not gain the weight back I’ll get myself a reward that isn’t food related, something like a new shirt or a book!
